Living here felt quite convenient thanks to the easy access to public transport and the range of nearby restaurants appreciated after a long day. The area's safety stood out, which always added a layer of comfort when coming home later than usual. The waterfront views made quiet mornings really enjoyable and offered a nice balance between urban life and relaxation.

For all its conveniences, the surroundings felt a bit limited when it came to community spaces – there wasn’t much for group activities or weekend social spots nearby.
