The location is quite convenient since the nearest metro and bus stops are within easy reach, which really helps with daily commutes. There aren’t many crowded noises around, making it comfortable to come home to some quiet after work. Also, being close to several malls means I have shops and some necessities not too far away, which makes running errands smoother.

Negatives

There isn’t a lot of dining variety around, so sometimes I find myself having to travel a bit farther for decent meals. Green spaces are pretty limited here, so it’s not the best if you like to relax outdoors or go for a walk surrounded by nature. It would be nice if those small gaps were improved.
