It's really convenient to get around here without needing a car all the time, which suits my busy schedule well. There’s a nice mix of restaurants nearby, so finding somewhere different to eat is never a problem. The area's safe, and it's a quiet and pleasant community which makes coming home relaxing. Having green spaces within easy reach also adds a refreshing touch to daily life.

Negatives

While public transport is reasonably close, it can still feel a little out of the way especially if you’re in a rush. I also miss having a good gym nearby—it’s something I have to explicitly plan around. Traffic during peak hours and parking can be tricky, which is a bit inconvenient if you rely on driving.
