The connectivity from here is good enough for me, especially since I often work from home. Getting to the main parts of Dubai doesn’t take too long. What I really appreciate is that it’s quite peaceful around the neighborhood which helps after a busy workday, and being close to Mall of the Emirates means shopping or grocery runs are quite convenient.

It's not exactly bustling when it comes to dining out options nearby; you'll generally have to drive for a bit if you want to try different cuisines. Also, if you’re a fan of green parks or jogging trails around your home, the environment feels a bit limited in that sense.
