It’s a decent spot if you value the convenience of having plenty of restaurants and malls nearby. The internet was reliable, which made working from home easier. I always felt comfortable walking around in the evenings, which is a big plus considering Dubai’s size.

Negatives

The biggest drawback is definitely the lack of easy access to public transport. You’d need a car for almost everything, which can get tiring. Also, green spaces are few and far between, so if you like to unwind in parks, this might feel a bit limiting.
