The apartment is in a nicely quiet area which is great after a long day working in the city, and it’s surprisingly easy to find green spaces nearby for a run or some fresh air. Public transport is close enough, so getting into more central parts of Dubai isn’t a hassle. It’s definitely been comfortable for my lifestyle and I’ve felt quite relaxed living here.

Negatives

It can feel a bit limited when it comes to dining out because there aren’t many restaurants immediately within walking distance. Also, exploring on foot isn’t my favorite here since the neighborhood isn’t as well connected for walking or biking compared to some other parts of the city.

It's a comfortable place to live for someone who wants to have a quieter setting but still be connected to the city. The green spaces nearby are excellent for jogging or just unwinding after work, and the roads are easy enough to navigate which adds to the daily convenience.

Negatives

The main downside is that public transport options aren’t as close as I’d like, so you mostly rely on a car which isn’t ideal when things get busy. There aren't many exciting dining options right around, so if you want variety, you usually have to venture out to other parts of Dubai.
