It’s a pretty calm place with enough greenery around to feel relaxed, which is nice after a long workday. The roads are in good condition, making drives easy, and the nearby malls cover most of what you might need without traveling too much. I found it peaceful overall, especially compared to busier areas of Dubai.

Getting around without a car can be tough since public transport options are limited and walking doesn’t feel too convenient here. Also, dining choices right in the neighborhood are quite limited, so you’ll need to go elsewhere if you want variety. The lack of bike lanes made cycling less appealing during my time here.
