It's a pretty peaceful neighborhood with easy access to a few good malls and shops, which made day-to-day life convenient. Roads are well-maintained, so driving around doesn’t feel like a hassle. The area feels quite secure in the evenings, which helped me unwind after work without worrying too much.

Negatives

Public transport options are quite limited, so you really need to drive or rely on taxis. I also found the absence of gyms nearby a bit annoying, especially since staying active was part of my daily routine. Plus, the green spaces felt a little scarce when I wanted to get some fresh air without going too far.

The location is quite convenient with good access to public transport and places to relax outdoors. It’s also comfortable to walk around in the evenings and I feel secure with the quiet surroundings. Also, if you enjoy trying different casual eateries, there are some nice restaurant options nearby which makes daily life easier.

Negatives

While it's mostly peaceful, the variety of dining options isn't extensive and I do wish there were more community centers or social spaces close by. Sometimes it feels a bit like you're reliant on nearby hubs for many amenities, so it’d be nice if such facilities developed within the area soon.
