The area felt secure at all times, which gave me peace of mind. The nearby green spaces were a nice retreat from city life and perfect for walks or jogging. The roads are well maintained, making getting around pretty hassle-free. Overall, it was quite easy to move around on foot for everyday errands.

Negatives

Dining choices close by were somewhat limited, so I often had to drive a bit further to find something I liked. Also, the area isn’t the best connected in terms of public transport, so owning a car is pretty much necessary.

While the area is mostly a gem, some parts do suffer from high pollution. It would also be nice to see more dining establishments providing offerings additional to the standard fare, and I wish there were more bike lanes available for cycling around the area.
