The area feels pretty safe even late in the evening, so night strolls or grabbing a bite late is easy and stress-free. Having shopping malls and plenty of pantry-stock places nearby makes day-to-day errands convenient without ever feeling like I need to travel far.

Negatives

One thing I miss here are green spaces for lounging or morning walks, since nature patches are pretty limited. I also wish there were better options for cycling; lack of bike lanes means anything other than walking or driving can be a bit tricky around the neighborhood.
