The location really fits well if you want quick access to the metro and a bunch of cafés or international restaurants just a short walk away. Having the marina and the beach so close feels relaxing, especially when you want a break from work or just some fresh air by the coast. Clean and easy to get around, it suits my work-from-home schedule since getting out for errands is never a hassle.

Negatives

What I don’t love as much is the lack of green spaces around to unwind with a park nearby, so weekend walks are usually by the waterside only. Also, for someone who enjoys biking, it’s not very convenient since bike lanes are basically non-existent, which would have been a great way to get around without relying much on cars or rides.
