Living at Azizi Grand really suits a busy professional like me. There’s easy access to metro and buses which makes commuting straightforward. The nearby restaurants and gyms make it simple to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle without having to travel far. Plus, having shopping malls so close is really convenient when I need to pick up anything quickly.

Negatives

One downside is the lack of green spaces around the neighborhood. It’s not.the most scenic or peaceful environment compared to some other areas in Dubai. Also, I wish there were better bike lanes since cycling can be tricky in this part of the city.

It's such a vibrant place for those who love an active lifestyle. With so many amazing gyms and exercise opportunities, I really feel like I've found my tribe here. Plus, there’s a great variety of restaurants for when it’s time to unwind or celebrate after a long day of training.

Negatives

There's a noticeable lack of community centers where we could gather and host different events. And getting around on a bike isn't the easiest here, which is a bummer. I used to love biking through neighborhoods, but it's not really an option much in this area.
