The entire neighborhood feels calm and well maintained, which really helps after a long day at work. The roads are surprisingly good and provide easy access if you have a car. It’s low on noise and pollution compared to other busy parts of the city, so I enjoy spending time outdoors here, even simple walks are peaceful. The sense of safety particularly at night adds to the comfort of living here.

Negatives

Looking for variety in restaurants can be frustrating since options nearby are definitely limited, meaning you have to drive out for anything beyond the basics. Also, the public transport connectivity isn’t the best, so without a car, getting around might be a bit inconvenient, especially during rush hour or if you need to reach central parts of Dubai.

Public transport options connect well to the rest of the city, and the green spaces offer a nice respite from urban life, perfect for lazy weekend strolls.

There are moments where the dining options can feel a bit limited, which makes grabbing a meal jarring if you don’t feel like cooking. Perhaps I’ve gotten used to having a few more gym options close by, which aren’t quite available yet in the area. On top of that, walkability could be a issue if you want to enjoy a leisurely walk.
