Living around The Atlantic in Dubai Marina meant having everything just a short walk away. There’s a really good selection of restaurants and cafes nearby, plus beautiful marina views to unwind after work. The public transport connections are excellent, making commuting pretty straightforward, while the area generally feels clean and well-kept, which really improved day-to-day living.

Negatives

While the area is great in many ways, if you love green spaces or cycling lanes, this might feel like a limitation since there aren’t many parks close by and biking isn’t super convenient. The pace of the area can get quite busy too, which isn't ideal if you’re looking for some quiet or nature nearby.
