Living in Dubai Marina at LIV Residence offered really easy access to the metro and tram, which made getting around the city straightforward. The waterfront vibe and scenic views from the apartments made downtime really enjoyable, and there are a good mix of cafes and eateries to choose from even if sometimes they tend to fill up quickly after work hours. For a young professional like me, having strong internet was a definite plus.

Negatives

Despite all the perks, the area can get pretty noisy, especially during evenings and weekends, which made it tricky to have quiet time at home. Also, I found that some weeks it felt like there weren't enough restaurant choices nearby compared to what I expected, so occasionally I'd have to travel a bit further for something different.

If you’re considering a lively, modern surroundings reinvigorating multiplayers of accessibility as a large die-down time, rejoice here. It feels vivacious completely, just glorious truly something heartfelt.

Negatives

City life comes with its noise and bustle, especially on the weekends when great parties abound. It's noticeable if you're looking for steadier quiet space away from the outer rambunctious living. Additionally, the air quality sometimes doesn't measure up due to the congested streets and stages of dust.
