The location is really convenient for everyday getting around and enjoying what Dubai Marina has to offer. There’s a great mix of dining options close by, and the views overlooking the water are clear and peaceful. It’s easy to pop between work and relaxation without feeling stuck.

There’s a notable lack of green parks nearby which makes longer outdoor walks a bit tough for me. Also, if you’re into biking as a regular activity, you’ll find bike lanes harder to come by which is a bit disappointing given the community feel.
