Being close to both the tram and metro really makes getting around super convenient without the stress of traffic. The area has a great mix of restaurants so finding good places to eat after work or on weekends is easy. The marina views add something pretty calming after a busy day, and I usually feel safe even late at night when walking through the streets.

Negatives

The biggest downside is that there aren’t really any parks or green areas nearby, which is something I miss when I want a bit of nature. Also, it can get quite noisy because the area is pretty lively and busy, especially during evenings and weekends.

It feels vivacious completely, just glorious truly something heartfelt.

City life comes with its noise and bustle, especially on the weekends when great parties abound. It's noticeable if you're looking for steadier quiet space away from the outer rambunctious living. Additionally, the air quality sometimes doesn't measure up due to the congested streets and stages of dust.
