The location is wonderfully accessible with plenty of public transport nearby, making daily commuting easy. There's a great variety of restaurants along the marina, and walking by the waterfront gives a nice sense of calm despite being right in the city. Shopping amenities are a stone’s throw away which made errands really convenient during my stay.

Negatives

It’s a bit lacking in green spaces if you’re hoping for more parks or natural spots to unwind in, and cycling isn’t the easiest here since bike lanes are basically non-existent. If you’re someone who likes a bit more greenery or bike-friendly paths, this might feel a little limiting.

Living here makes commuting very simple thanks to the excellent access to public transport and well-maintained roads. There’s no shortage of places to eat nearby, which really suits my busy weeks when I don’t feel like cooking. The views around the marina add a calming touch after long workdays, which can be surprising in such an urban setting.

It can feel a bit hard to find quiet green spaces if I want to step away from the usual hustle, and since there are no dedicated community centers, meeting neighbors or getting involved in local activities sometimes feels limited.
