I appreciate how calm the area feels, especially at night this place feels quite secure and relaxed. Also, it’s great having green spaces nearby for early morning walks or quick weekend fresh air.

Whether it’s the fresh air or the scenic spots by the water, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort blended with a community feel.

Negatives

What I do find a little challenging is the availability of dining options after eight. It's a bit quiet post-dinner, so you might have to plan well when sometimes craving a late-night snack. Also, having no bike lanes is an inconvenience on my healthy days when I’d prefer to cycle around instead of driving.
