It’s also well connected, so getting around Dubai doesn’t feel like a hassle at all. The neighborhood itself feels safe and quiet, which is a huge plus when you want to relax after a busy day.

Negatives

Finding good dining spots nearby can be a bit of a pain since there aren’t many options close by. It sometimes feels like you need to drive or take public transport just to get decent food or a coffee. Walking around the area isn’t very friendly either—lots of stretches without proper pathways make it a little inconvenient if you prefer to get around on foot.
