Living here means I get to enjoy incredible views of the water and green spaces nearby, which is great for my early morning walks and weekend downtime. The views around here are genuinely calming, with the waterfront just a short walk away making it perfect if you enjoy peaceful walks or spending some downtime near nature. It’s also well connected, so getting around Dubai doesn’t feel like a hassle at all. The neighborhood itself feels safe and quiet, which is a huge plus when you want to relax after a busy day.

Negatives

Finding good dining spots nearby can be a bit of a pain since there aren’t many options close by. It sometimes feels like you need to drive or take public transport just to get decent food or a coffee. Walking around the area isn’t very friendly either—lots of stretches without proper pathways make it a little inconvenient if you prefer to get around on foot.

What I do find a little challenging is the availability of dining options after eight. It's a bit quiet post-dinner, so you might have to plan well when sometimes craving a late-night snack. Also, having no bike lanes is an inconvenience on my healthy days when I’d prefer to cycle around instead of driving.
