Positives

The views by the water here are really calming, and it’s great waking up to such a peaceful environment. There’s good connectivity with a few transport options nearby which makes commuting manageable. Safety feels pretty solid, so evenings are comfortable enough to take slow walks around. It strikes a nice balance between being quiet but not totally isolated.

Negatives

There isn’t a huge variety of dining or entertainment spots very close by, so sometimes I find myself having to travel further than I'd like to for some options. Also, public transport isn’t right on the doorstep which means relying a bit more on cabs or driving. It’s not too bad but something to keep in mind if you prefer going out frequently without hassle.

On the bright side, I truly enjoy the variety of parks open for lazy afternoons or weekend picnics. The overall cleanliness and safe atmosphere give me a lot of peace of mind. Whether it’s the fresh air or the scenic spots by the water, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort blended with a community feel.

Negatives

What I do find a little challenging is the availability of dining options after eight. It's a bit quiet post-dinner, so you might have to plan well when sometimes craving a late-night snack. Also, having no bike lanes is an inconvenience on my healthy days when I’d prefer to cycle around instead of driving.
