Being right in the heart of Downtown Dubai means you’re never far from transport, shops, or different eateries, which makes everyday errands feel effortless. It’s quite perfectly suited if you like being in the thick of the city without feeling cut off or isolated.

Negatives

On the downside, it’s a bit light on actual green spaces nearby, which can be a bit of a bummer when you just want to escape the concrete sometimes. Also, while there are some restaurants around, I personally felt like there could have been a bit more variety right on the doorstep.
