Dragging myself away from the Sofitel Hotel in Downtown Dubai always feels like a small challenge. Surrounded by loads of cafes and restaurants, I find it super easy to dine and hang out without having to travel far. Plus, getting around is never an issue with so many public transport options right nearby, and popping into a mall after work or on weekends is a solid plus.

Negatives

One thing that sometimes wears on me is the lack of green spaces. When I want a breather or a quiet morning walk, the city vibe gets a little too intense. Also, being someone who enjoys biking for gym mix-up and quick errands, it's a bit frustrating there's no proper bike lanes around here.
