Living here keeps everything within easy reach, from transportation to shopping and dining. There’s always something going on around the area, so it’s perfect for someone who likes being in the middle of city life and having options for every occasion.

Negatives

Living here makes daily commute really straightforward thanks to the convenient access to public transport and well-maintained roads. There’s a solid variety of restaurants and cafes close by which is great for relaxing after work or catching up with friends. Plus, having major shopping centers within easy reach means everything you might need is just a short trip away.

Negatives

It can’t really match up when it comes to green spaces; I’ve noticed there aren’t many parks or natural areas nearby, which makes it less ideal for outdoor leisure or jogging compared to some quieter spots in other parts of the city. Also, cycling is not very popular here simply because there aren’t bike lanes, so it can feel a bit stitched for those wanting more active transport options.
