The location is really great if you depend on coming and going quickly, with lots of options nearby for eating and grabbing your daily essentials. I also appreciate how clean everything feels around the tower and that it’s easy to walk through the neighborhood. It’s helped me keep a good balance between work and down time, especially with the convenience public transport gives.

Negatives

There isn’t much greenery at all, so it lacks those outdoor spots where you can take a real break outside of being inside offices or cafes. Also, community gatherings or activities around here could definitely be better supported given how much of mix of people live and work here.

Most spots have a lovely view to enjoy a nice dinner or grab a casual coffee, all while being close to the water.
