Living at The Oberoi Business Bay means having quick access to the metro and bus links, which makes commuting so smooth. The area has plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, so grabbing a bite or entertaining clients is super easy. Nights feel secure here, and the roads around are nicely maintained, making runs or drives effortless.

The thing I missed most about this location was the lack of green spaces nearby, making zoning out to nature a bit tougher. There aren’t really many gyms or community spots to hang out within a short walk, so it sometimes feels a little isolating if you like an active or social lifestyle outdoors. Also, if you’re into biking around, there aren’t dedicated lanes, so it’s not the best for cyclists.

For anyone looking to strike a balance between work and leisure while soaking in the rich culture of Dubai, this is a great place to create a home.

Although the views here are stunning, the traffic can really build up during peak hours, and that leads to some pollution, which may deter stiff minds.
