The location makes getting around Dublin really easy with so many transport options around. I appreciated the walkability in the area, especially nice walks along the water. There's quite a variety of eateries right nearby, which made meeting up with friends stress-free and comfortable in my busy routine.

It does lack green spaces, so it can feel a bit concrete-dense at times if you're someone who craves nature during work breaks. Also, if cycling is your jam, you might miss decent bike lanes, which made me stick to walking or public transport mostly.

Most spots have a lovely view to enjoy a nice dinner or grab a casual coffee, all while being close to the water. For anyone looking to strike a balance between work and leisure while soaking in the rich culture of Dubai, this is a great place to create a home.

Although the views here are stunning, the traffic can really build up during peak hours, and that leads to some pollution, which may deter stiff minds.
