Living here is super convenient since everything you need is close by, from public transport to plenty of great dining options. Business Bay feels vibrant enough without being overwhelming, which really suits my busy lifestyle. The views from the residences add a nice touch of calm in the middle of all the city energy.

Negatives

One thing I wish there was more of around here is green space for outdoor downtime or a good cycle path for when I want a bit of fresh air and exercise. It can get a bit concrete-heavy and sometimes I miss having those small natural breaks right outside my door.

Most spots have a lovely view to enjoy a nice dinner or grab a casual coffee, all while being close to the water.
