The location makes getting around incredibly easy, whether I'm heading to meetings or just out for dinner. There’s a solid range of restaurants and shops very close by, which really enhances day-to-day living. The area feels alive but still pretty safe and well lit, so I never feel uneasy coming home late from work or grabbing a weekend bite.

Negatives

One downside is that there’s a noticeable lack of green areas nearby, which I’d often miss for some outdoor relaxation or quick walks. Also, it’s not the best place for biking enthusiasts since dedicated bike lanes are pretty much nonexistent around here.
