The location makes daily commuting so smooth thanks to great access to metro and buses. It’s easy to pop out for a quick lunch or unwind at nearby restaurants after work, which fits my busy lifestyle perfectly. Plus, the neighborhood feels quite safe, making evenings out relaxing rather than stressful.

Negatives

There isn’t much in terms of parks or green spots for a breath of fresh air, which can be a bit limiting if you enjoy outdoor activities. Also, getting around by bike isn’t ideal as there aren't dedicated bike lanes, so having a car or relying on public transport is really needed.

Most spots have a lovely view to enjoy a nice dinner or grab a casual coffee, all while being close to the water.
