The location offers excellent connectivity which makes commuting easy, especially with the good transport links nearby. I also enjoy the scenic views from around the building - it really adds to a relaxed lifestyle after work. Plus, reaching shops and a decent number of nice restaurants is quite convenient, which suits my busy work schedule perfectly.

Most spots have a lovely view to enjoy a nice dinner or grab a casual coffee, all while being close to the water. Although the views here are stunning, the traffic can really build up during peak hours, and that leads to some pollution, which may deter stiff minds.
