I also enjoy the scenic views from around the building - it really adds to a relaxed lifestyle after work. Plus, reaching shops and a decent number of nice restaurants is quite convenient, which suits my busy work schedule perfectly.

One downside is that the immediate dining options are somewhat limited compared to other parts of the city. The environment overall doesn’t offer as much greenery as I’d like, so sometimes it doesn’t feel as fresh as other neighborhoods I’ve lived in.
