The location is really convenient for getting around anywhere in Dubai, especially with easy access to the metro and major roads. There’s always something to eat nearby, whether I want a quick takeaway or a sit-down dinner. Plus, having a shopping mall within walking distance makes weekends pretty easy to relax and shop without long travel times.

Negatives

While the neighbourhood is dynamic, it doesn’t offer many green spaces where I can go for a morning walk or some quiet time outside. Also, if you’re into cycling or community-based activities, it’s a bit limited in that respect.

It's really easy to navigate around for both work and leisure, and there are so many restaurants to choose from whenever you're hungry after Zona business meetings. Most spots have a lovely view to enjoy a nice dinner or grab a casual coffee, all while being close to the water. For anyone looking to strike a balance between work and leisure while soaking in the rich culture of Dubai, this is a great place to create a home.

Negatives

Although the views here are stunning, the traffic can really build up during peak hours, and that leads to some pollution, which may deter stiff minds. It can be slightly challenging to find a reasonably priced gym nearby, so if that’s an integral part of your daily routine, you may need to plan accordingly.
