Positives

Living here means I’m never far from the beach and some fantastic green spots to relax after work. Getting around the city is pretty convenient with public transport nearby and having several cool restaurants within walking distance makes meeting friends simple and enjoyable. The area feels safe and well-managed, which adds to daily peace of mind.

Negatives

While it’s a beautiful setting, I wish there were more dining options directly within the complex. Also, the layout of the district can make walking around feel a bit inconvenient at times, so having a car or using public transport is almost essential.
