Positives
The location is really convenient, especially with supermarkets, cafes, and several restaurants just a short walk away. Public transport options nearby make getting around quite stress-free, and it feels quite safe to be out even in the evening hours. It's been nice coming back to a calm, well-maintained place after a long day's work.
Negatives
The area lacks green spaces, so if you love parks or outdoor activities nearby, this might feel a bit limiting. Nightlife is quite minimal here, so for weekend nights out, you'd need to travel further. Also, while everything is quite tidy and orderly, it occasionally feels a little too calm if you're naturally drawn to vibrant surroundings.
