The views of the palm and sea really stand out and there are plenty of good dining options nearby when I want to catch up with friends. It’s a quiet, safe area that also doesn't feel isolated, making it a perfect balance for someone who wants calm but also some vibrancy around.

Negatives

The biggest downside for me was that it’s a bit far from public transport, so having a car feels almost necessary, which can be inconvenient. Also, if you’re into fitness, the lack of gyms nearby might be an issue since I usually need to drive out to find a suitable place.
