I really enjoy living here because everything feels really convenient. The apartment is just a short walk from the tram and plenty of great restaurants, which makes planning dinners or meeting up with friends easy. The beach is also nearby, which is perfect whenever I want a break or to go for a run with some fresh sea air. The walkability and views add a lot to day-to-day life in Murjan 1.
Negatives
There isn't much in the way of green spaces close by, so it can sometimes feel a little missing when you want some greenery beyond the beach area. Also, if you’re into cycling, you'll notice there aren’t any real bike lanes around here, which makes getting around on two wheels a bit less comfortable.
