The transportation links are excellent — getting around Dubai is never a hassle, whether for work or leisure. I appreciate the calm vibe around here, and feeling safe at night gives me peace of mind when out and about.

Negatives

One thing that gets me is the lack of green spaces nearby; sometimes you just want a proper park to unwind or take your kids. Also, it’d be great if there were more community centers around to really bring people together, and I wish they added safer bike lanes for those who enjoy cycling since walking is okay but biking feels risky.
