The roads here make driving really smooth and if you rely on a car, Dubai Investment Park is pretty convenient. Shopping malls are not far at all, and I loved having nearby green spaces where I could unwind after work on the weekends. It felt reassuring knowing the area is generally safe, even late in the evenings.
Negatives
Public transport isn't the best here, so if you don’t drive, things might get a bit tricky. There aren’t a lot of places to grab a quick bite or enjoy a flexible lifestyle without traveling a bit. Also, walking around isn’t the easiest due to the layout, so it’s mostly kept me dependent on the car.
