There’s always something nearby that makes life easier, like restaurants with different cuisines and decent shopping. The roads are quite good and getting around isn’t too complicated thanks to public transport close by. For someone working typical hours and needing practical day-to-day convenience, this area covers a lot.
Negatives
It can get pretty noisy, especially during rush hours and in the evenings. Unfortunately, it feels a bit unsafe to walk around at night, so I often avoided being outside for long after dark. The lack of green spaces also made it tough to find a quiet spot outside when I wanted some fresh air away from traffic and noise.
