What I do find a little challenging is the availability of dining options after eight. It's a bit quiet post-dinner, so you might have to plan well when sometimes craving a late-night snack. Also, having no bike lanes is an inconvenience on my healthy days when I’d prefer to cycle around instead of driving.

Living here has been quite peaceful with beautiful views of the Creek and plenty of green spots to unwind or get some fresh air while working from home. It's pretty convenient too, especially since public transportation is not too far, and there's a calm atmosphere that really suits my laid-back working days. I’d recommend it to anyone who values a balance between nature and city access without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
Negatives
One drawback is the limited range of restaurants and cafés nearby, so sometimes I find myself having to drive out a bit for more varied dining options. Also, walking around isn’t always the easiest due to the way things are laid out, so a car tends to be a necessity rather than backing up my desire to get out and about on foot more often.
