Living in DEC Business Tower means I can get to meetings or catch the metro easily, which makes my hectic schedule more manageable. There’s a good range of places to eat nearby, so grabbing lunch or dinner without too much hassle is pretty straightforward. The area feels secure, especially in the evenings when the streets stay well-lit and busy enough to feel comfortable.
Negatives
One downside is that green spaces are pretty much non-existent around here; it can feel a bit harsh without a park nearby to unwind in. Also, I’ve had to head somewhere else for gym sessions because there aren't any decent facilities close to the tower, which means squeezing that in takes extra planning.
