It's surrounded by diverse dining options and you're only a short drive or ride to nearby shopping centers. The view from the units is really enjoyable too, letting you take in the beauty Pattaya has to offer every day.

The only downside I've encountered is the few community activities in the area. While living here is a pleasure, I'm still hoping for more community-centered options to really bring people together.
